Absolutely the best. I have been using Andy Roos for 15 years and my friends, family, and visitors tell me I make the best Chicken and Andouille gumbo they have ever tasted. Not bas for a yankee! I did get some early-on help from Paul Prudhomme, but I am NEVER without Andy Roos when I make gumbo. And I double how much the label says!!!
