Searched all over NOLA for a Salt free Cajun seasoning. I Found this in one of the stores on Decatur. Oh my god! This Cajun Blackened Seasoning is Better than K-Pauls (sorry chef P.). I go to Nola twice a year and will definitely be picking up some more. Please add Pork Loins as another meat that this blackens and seasons up well, beyond comparison! My new favorite seasoning and no salt!
