This is a really good and unique Italian seasoning. I like to make a red sauce with sweet Italian sausage and use the Creole Italian seasoning to flavor the tomato sauce. The combination of sweet from the tomatoes and sausage with the spicy from the Creole Italian is a great balanced flavor.
