This stuff is really good on any meat, but I think it’s excellent on grilled pork. I like it on chops or ribs best. I really can’t describe the flavor profile, it has a very different flavor than other rubs or seasoning blends. It’s not overpowering, just adds to the meat instead of covering it up. Give it a try, just put some on pork chops, then put the chops on the grill, and I think you’ll be pleased with the results!
